21 Clean Energy Projects in Asia Achieved Financial Closure with Total Investment of $274.6 Million
The Climate Technology Initiative’s Private Financing Advisory Network (CTI PFAN) is a global, multilateral initiative dedicated to reducing greenhouse gas emissions by bridging the gap between investors and clean energy projects in need of financing.
Since starting operations in Asia in 2009, CTI PFAN has supported over 100 clean energy projects. These projects have been presented to investors in Asia through the PFAN process, of which 21 have achieved financial closure with total investment of $274.6 million. These projects include biogas, biomass, energy efficiency, solar and small hydro initiatives.
