When should I submit an application?
Selected PFAN projects undergo intensive one-on-one coaching to perfect their business plans, financial structures and investment pitches. Applications are accepted on a continuous basis, and you may submit your application at any time. Applications are evaluated on a quarterly basis after the regularly announced deadlines. If you submit just after the deadline for the next evaluation round, it may take up to three months before your application is evaluated. The application consists of an online form and two documents:
- Project proposal
- Executive summary

The application consists of an online form and the following two documents to be uploaded (maximum total size: 20MB):

Your application will be evaluated in the next round of evaluations following your submission date (you will be informed about the outcomes of the evaluations latest within three months from submission).
In the evaluation review, a decision will be made on the kind of coaching support your project will receive. After your assigned advisor has signed a contract for coaching support, you will be introduced to your advisor and the coaching can officially begin.
If additional information is needed or your application needs to be revised, your application will be sent back and you will be notified via email. You will subsequently have the opportunity to resubmit your application with new information.
