Apply to the PowerACE Start-up Competition

The Private Financing Advisory Network has a longstanding partnership with the Sustainable Energy Association of Singapore (SEAS), and we are partnering once again this year with SEAS to help organise the third PowerACE start-up competition. PowerACE is aimed at entrepreneurs and young companies in the energy start-up ecosystem. It is is a pitching competition for start-ups either working directly in the energy sector or which provide support to companies in the energy industry and wants to involve all players of the energy industry. It is an ideal platform for sharing ideas and innovations with investors and large corporations looking to supplement their existing businesses.

Twelve start-ups will be selected from the applicants, and those companies will get a chance to exhibit at Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) this year (27-29 October 2020) in one of the 12 Innovation Pods at the ACES Innovation Arena.

The selected start-ups will also be included on the event website and will have a physical presence on the show floor, where there will be many opportunities to connect and exchange ideas with the incumbents in the industry, meet with potential investors and scout for the right professionals who can enable evolution from start-up to scale up!

In addition, the chosen start-ups will be given mentoring by industry professionals from PFAN, who will help them to refine their business models and pitches over a period of one month. To top it all off, the winning start-up company will receive attractive awards.

The deadline for submission is on 21 August 2020 – so there’s no time to waste!
