About PFAN
The Private Financing Advisory Network (PFAN) is a global network of climate and clean energy financing experts, which offers free business coaching and investment facilitation to entrepreneurs developing climate and clean energy projects in developing countries. It is hosted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP). Since its launch in 2006, PFAN-supported climate and clean energy businesses have leveraged more that USD 3 billion investment.
The low- and middle-income countries, which are also in focus of PFAN, are most susceptible to impacts of the climate change. Gap for climate adaptation finance is severe. Supporting climate adaptation businesses and helping them to access to finance are priorities to PFAN.
